- According to Article 4 of Taiwan's Telecommunications Risk Management Telecommunications Act, routers are classified as communication products. When collecting the device in accordance with the law, a copy of identification documents must be provided. The rules for identification documents are as follows: 1. Foreign nationals must provide a passport or an identification document with a photo. 2. Taiwanese nationals must provide two identification documents (National ID card + one of either National Health Insurance card or driver's license).

Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a one-day machine fee as a cancellation charge.

We had a great experience with our Pocket WiFi. We headed to the airport's Klook booth counter. This was located at the exit, to the right. The transaction was very smooth. We just presented the voucher, and no deposit was needed. We provided our credit card details, and they promptly gave us the Pocket WiFi. The Pocket WiFi is very reliable with no downtime. Wherever we go, there is a signal, and we have WiFi. The battery life can last up to the whole day. If you don’t have an esim compatible phone, I highly recommend to use this instead. It is also cheaper compared to other options.

The pocket WiFi was super easy to pick up and return. Connection was reliable and fast during our entire trip, even in busy tourist spots. Battery life lasted the whole day, but I suggest bringing a power bank just in case. It was also very convenient to connect multiple devices at the same time without any issues. Highly recommended for hassle-free travel!
My internet connection was made smoother with this device during my stay in 4-day trip in Taiwan. The device is small so you can carry it around even for a tiny bag. It is also protected with its rubber case so I didn't need to worry about damaging it inside my bag. Pick-up and drop-off was also smooth as it is close to arrival area in the airport.
I got this Wi-Fi for my parents. It is more expensive than an e sim card, but their phones are not compatible with that, so I got them this and they didn't have any complaints about it. They didn't have to charge the The wi fi the entire day. So for 2 persons, the battery will last the entire day
Picked up at Taoyuan International airport, staff was nice and claiming the device was easy and fast. Was able to use the device for the whole day (about 10-12 hours) during our tours. Connecting to the device was very easy and internet speed is fast. Very lightweight and easy to carry around. Price is affordable especially if you are sharing with friends/family.
