I have attended cooking classes in many countries, but this time was definitely the most exciting! It's not like a class at all - it's simply being "kidnapped" by an enthusiastic Italian family to take home for dinner! It's as cool as going to a relative's house in Italy to have a meal! I originally signed up to learn how to make Carbonara, but it turned into Ravioli and Chitarra, but nothing. First time cutting chitarra noodles in a “guitar string” wooden box, so much fun! The teacher's homemade tiramisu - coffee + wine + cream... was just to learn how to make pasta, but it turned into a Roman family day of eating, drinking, laughing and teasing! This kind of experience can't be bought with money~
