this was a super fun trip - u get to see a lot of places and get just enough time to see it all and take your pics - it gets colder towards the evening - it’s a wonderful experience - I really enjoyed it especially the pretty snow.

The itinerary order was different from what I purchased, and the planned two-hour Asahiyama Zoo visit was reduced to only one hour, a significant reduction that left me extremely dissatisfied. My itinerary was changed as follows, for your reference and caution when choosing in the future. 7:45 AM pick-up at Sapporo Li Xiaolu, first stop Shikisai-no-oka, snowmobile for 1 hour (10:50-11:50 AM), followed by only 10 minutes for lunch. 12:00 PM board the bus, depart for the second stop, Shirahige Falls (20 minutes), and the third stop, Blue Pond (15 minutes). The fourth stop, Kent and Mary, was only viewed from the bus as we passed by, then we went directly to the final stop, Asahiyama Zoo. Upon arrival at 2:30 PM, we were told that we only had 1 hour to visit because the zoo closes at 3:30 PM. Finally, we boarded the bus at 3:30 PM to return to Sapporo. The itinerary was not as advertised, and I feel deceived. I will not purchase this type of product again.
This was a mediocre experience. Our guide was friendly but did not do much guide-work. I’ve done several Klook excursion experiences, including a different one in Hokkaido and the stark difference of the guides is crazy. The guide for this tour didn’t tell us ANYTHING about ANYTHING. When we got to the Ken and Mary Tree, she literally only said, “A long time ago, they did a commercial here that made this tree super famous.” I was so confused until I Googled more about it. Also the details on Klook didn’t specify the price of the snowmobile experience, so we ended up doing this but not even doing the snowmobile experience because it was so expensive on top of paying for this. Ultimately, you’re paying for transportation. That’s about it. Would not recommend.
The itinerary order was different from what was scheduled. We went to Shikisai-no-oka (snowmobile) as the last stop. The tour guide didn't seem to manage the time well, and the group's meeting times were seriously delayed, making the subsequent itinerary very rushed. This resulted in only 30 minutes for the snowmobile ride (originally scheduled for one hour). In order to catch up, the driver drove very fast on the snowy roads, making us very concerned about our safety while riding. There were many tour groups at each location, and the tour guide didn't have a flag, making it very difficult to find people.
The tour guide changed the order of the itinerary, so we only had 30 minutes for snowmobiling, and couldn't do anything else. The whole trip felt very rushed.

You will be notified of the tour cancellation via email 3 days prior to the departure date. •If snow activities are unavailable, Otokoyama Sake Brewery will be substituted. •Snow activities are optional and at your own expense. Actual participation will be subject to weather conditions, traffic conditions, and on-site availability on the day. Your understanding is appreciated. In addition, the order of attractions and the length of stay at each location may be adjusted according to the conditions on the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. •In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure as to whether the tour will be canceled.
