What to expect
The roaring waves stirred up by the South Pacific Ocean crash against the cliffs. Stretching along the southern coast of Victoria, Australia, is a 243-kilometer coastal road known as the Great Ocean Road, which is called as “the most spectacular coastal route in the world”. Setting out from Melbourne, we drove westward, experiencing the flirting sensation of traversing thousands of miles along the Great Ocean Road. We will explore at least 6 most famous attractions: Loch Ard Gorge- Razorback- 12 Apostles- Apollo Bay- Kennett River- Split Point Lighthouse.

Our tour guide, Daniel, was very professional and shared many interesting stories with us. Daniel's explanations were always clear and easy to understand in English, which helped us grasp the history perfectly. I recommend sitting on the right side of the bus (facing the front) to enjoy more of the scenery!
Had a wonderful weekday trip to the 12 Apostles! Choosing a weekday was the best decision as it was much less crowded. Unfortunately, it rained when we arrived, but that didn’t ruin the experience at all—the views were still breathtaking. Huge thanks to our tour guide, William! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kept everyone's spirits up despite the weather. Highly recommend this tour!

You can get to the 12 Apostles early in the morning to avoid the backlight. In the afternoon, you can visit Ocean Road Wildlife Park to interact and take photos with kangaroos and emus. It's a bit rushed for a full day, but very interesting.
