Great Ocean Road and Twelve Apostles Wildlife Tour

This was a wonderful and smooth tour, great driving and tips from our guide and driver Jensen. Highly recommend to take this as he will recommend places to eat, spot wildlife for us and even take pictures for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and we got wonderful photos from this experience.

The tour guide was very thoughtful and contacted us a day in advance to make appropriate arrangements based on our individual needs. Our group arrived earlier than other groups, so we didn't have to jostle with other tourists when visiting the attractions. The arrangements were excellent.

Our tour guide, Daniel, was very professional and shared many interesting stories with us. Daniel's explanations were always clear and easy to understand in English, which helped us grasp the history perfectly. I recommend sitting on the right side of the bus (facing the front) to enjoy more of the scenery!

Our guide, David Hsu, provided very detailed explanations. He arranged for tourists to wear headphones for easy information reception, and provided both Chinese and English versions so that different tourists could receive information simultaneously. However, some tourists who understand both Chinese and English may find the content slightly repetitive. Also, tourists who only understand English need to wait for the Chinese version of the explanation to finish before hearing the English version, which also requires more patience from tourists who only understand Chinese. It is recommended that the platform allow tourists to choose the guide's language when booking the tour, in order to screen Chinese-speaking and English-speaking tour groups, and avoid inconvenience when Chinese and English tourists receive information in the same tour group. In addition, the number of visits to the beach area could be reduced. The tourists in the group have already visited similar beaches several times, and some beaches are not very special, but the guide still took us to visit them, which took time each time, resulting in a delay of more than 1 hour in returning. Finally, if the viewing time for the Twelve Apostles could be increased, I believe the overall tour experience would be better.
