• Scope of pick-up and drop-off service: Free pick-up and drop-off from hotels in Guilin city or Yangshuo county [Some hotel guests need to go to the nearest meeting point to get on the bus, please consult customer service for details]. If you need to go to places outside these areas, there will be an additional charge, the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after the order is confirmed.

The bus tour is available for 1 person, but it needs a group of 6 people to start. If the group fails to form during the off-season, our customer service will contact you to negotiate whether you are willing to change the travel date or get a full refund. The 8-person small group arranges the vehicle type according to the specific number of people. 5-seater cars are arranged for 1-4 people, 7-seater cars are arranged for 5-6 people, and 9-seater minibuses are arranged for 7-8 people.

Time arrangement: The group departure time is around 7 o’clock, and the trip usually ends around 18 o’clock, and you will be sent back to the hotel or back to the boarding point. We will inform you again of the meeting time one day before the trip, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time.

[Special tips for Yulong River rafting]:

1. Every tourist must wear a life jacket before boarding the bamboo raft, and must not take it off during the trip, and keep the electronic products you carry with you safe.
2. According to the regulations of Yulong River Scenic Area, pregnant women, people with disabilities, etc. are strictly prohibited from taking Yulong River bamboo rafts. Children under 1 meter and the elderly over 70 years old cannot take double bamboo rafts. If there are people who cannot take the raft, you can choose the Yulong River 8-person bamboo raft, or change to free hiking along the Yulong River. Please contact Klook customer service in advance.
3. The Yulong River double bamboo raft is a manual bamboo raft that can carry 2 tourists. A raft will be issued for 2 people. If there is a single person, you will need to pay for an empty raft (because real-name ticketing is now used, the scenic spot does not provide raft sharing services). The single empty raft fee from Shui'e Bottom to Gongnong Bridge is 100 yuan, and the single empty raft fee from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian County is 160 yuan.
4. The rafting time is for reference only. The raftsmen are managed by the Yulong River Scenic Area. The actual bamboo raft rafting time depends on the speed of the raftsmen on the day.
5. For Yulong River double bamboo raft guests, a single weight of 200 kg requires a private raft, and the combined weight of two people cannot exceed 320 kg.
