[Pick-up and Drop-off Service]
🚌We provide free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services within Guilin city/Yangshuo county. The standard departure time is around 9 AM. The trip usually ends around 5 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. Our overall service duration is controlled at around 8 hours.

- According to the bamboo raft's weight-bearing safety standards, tourists weighing more than 100KG must ride a bamboo raft alone. Tourists whose combined weight exceeds 160KG must ride separately. Tourists exceeding the weight limit must purchase additional tickets on-site. Tourists weighing more than 160KG cannot ride a bamboo raft.
- Children 1 meter (inclusive) or taller must ride with an adult, and each raft is limited to 2 people. Those 1 meter (inclusive) or taller must purchase a ticket.
- Pregnant women, disabled persons, patients with heart disease, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, and children under 1 meter (exclusive) and seniors 70 years old (inclusive) or older are prohibited from riding bamboo rafts.

Tour was very informative and exclusive. Although the weather was not the best, the guide and driver were most helpful in arranging us to travel with ease and comfort. Guide Qin also made the effort to explain to us the history of Guilin and the ethnic group to us, helping us to understand the local culture and their practices. She was attentive to my elderly parents to make sure of their safety. I highly recommend this tour package for people who want to move around comfortably, especially with elderly or kids.
Our five-star guide not only led the tour but also shared a great deal about the local customs and traditions of Guilin and Yangshuo.
As usual, the communications with the driver was always more than perfect. The driver arrived before the pick up time and we covered all the places 1 hour before the schedule ending time. Since we had some extra time, it would be great if we could visit a temple or two during the trip.
The tour guide, Chen, was very professional, detail-oriented, and caring. He showed us around and helped us better understand the culture and beautiful places of Guilin and Yangshuo.

The rafting was great. The staff were friendly and spoke Japanese.
We booked a Korean-speaking guide for our parents, but the day before the tour we were told no Korean guide was available and switched to an English guide with a refund. Unfortunately, the first guide could not communicate in English at all, and we spent two hours without understanding anything. He admitted he usually guided in Mandarin and apologized. A replacement guide later joined us and was excellent—fluent in English and very knowledgeable about the city and culture. While we appreciated the second guide, it was disappointing that the initial assignment was made without checking language ability.

Shuttle Service Coverage:
We provide free shuttle service for customers within Yangshuo County. If you need to travel to areas outside of these, an additional fee will be incurred, the specific amount of which will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after your order is confirmed.
Schedule:
The standard departure time is around 9 AM. The trip generally ends around 5 PM, and we will drop you back at your hotel. However, your needs are paramount, and the time can be flexibly adjusted. You can discuss the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
Service Duration Reminder:
Please note that our total service duration is controlled at approximately 8 hours. If this time is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
Important Tips:
- If you cannot pinpoint your location, you can choose any address within the pick-up range and simply fill in your actual hotel address in the special remarks.
- Generally, our Yulong River bamboo raft drifting departs from the Shui'erdi Pier. Due to the limited number of various types of bamboo rafts at the pier, if it is not possible to book this type of bamboo raft ticket, we will make flexible arrangements based on the actual situation on site.
Important Tips for Yulong River Double Bamboo Rafts:
- I. Safety and Health Restrictions (Applicable to all bamboo raft types)
- Pregnant women, individuals over 70 years old (including 70), those with heart disease, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, alcoholics, and individuals with mobility impairments are strictly prohibited from riding the bamboo raft.
- Children over 1 meter (including 1 meter) must ride with an adult, and the child occupies one seat.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings. If items accidentally fall into the water, you will be responsible for the loss.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from riding the raft.
- II. Special Instructions for Double Bamboo Rafts
- Weight Limit: Passengers weighing over 200 jin (100 kg) must charter the entire bamboo raft individually (charged as a private charter); the combined weight of two people must not exceed 320 jin (160 kg). Please be aware of this.
- Riding Restrictions: According to scenic area regulations, pregnant women and disabled individuals are strictly prohibited from riding double bamboo rafts; children under 1 meter and individuals over 70 years old cannot ride double bamboo rafts. Such visitors can choose to ride an 8-person bamboo raft or opt for a walking tour along the riverbank. If needed, please contact customer service in advance for coordination.
- Fee Explanation: Double bamboo rafts are manually operated and require a minimum of 2 people to depart. If a single person rides, an empty seat fee must be paid.
