The overall feeling is very good! There is no need to drag the suitcase up and down by yourself and worry about the time. The driver I met was also very good in service attitude and skilled in driving, allowing us to arrive safely and smoothly on time

Despite confirming with klook that the lounge was available and would accept our voucher we were refused access. Previous reviews highlighted this issue hence why we sought confirmation with klook. Waste of money!

Considering I booked in advance - Was placed in a very hot area with my family / no mAC / given a new spot but AC still not working !! Booked the foot massage but then to our dismay only 1 of my family members was booked in / felt very ripped off / we were told front desk girls wud book us in and sometime wud come and get us when foot massage ready / also the same for flight departure / poor poor customer service over all bad service and food felt processed over cooked
