He made the day Great as not only he made sure we are well taken cared during the whole trip, but more his knowledge of the area helped us overcome the challenges in the itenerary we set, by suggesting adjustments on the order of places to go and consider other location that are good alternative to best utilize our day.

We booked for 3 days and different drivers. Kuya Gede, Kuya Erfan, and Kuya Wayan are so recommendable. They are good at suggesting what places to visit instead and not in a crowded place. Very good personality and wanted to book again and choose them. Thank you for a wonderful service.

​Eko, the Best Driver! I truly mean that. We had a ten-passenger shuttle van with only five people, but we had extra luggage, and he maneuvered the van like a pro! Car was spacious, clean, and most importantly - we had AC! Our driver was very accommodating and knew exactly the best stops for us to see. When we asked about currency exchange locations and a convenience store for some travel necessities, he took us to a nice, clean restaurant for dinner. Eko was punctual, timely, and communicative throughout the ride. He made excellent suggestions to help us save time and entrance fees. We thoroughly enjoyed the cultural fire dance at the beach, along with a stunning sunset view. Thanks to our driver's support, our first day in Bali was truly amazing!

The overall experience of this chartered car transfer was good. The driver had a good service attitude and was friendly and polite. The car was a little small, but it seemed that most local cars were of this size, so it was quite comfortable. There was traffic congestion during the trip, but through the chartered car method, it was still easy to enjoy the scenery of different areas. Overall, it was worth the experience. In addition, regarding the free beer exchange, the counter staff said that it could only be exchanged on the same day, which was a little inconvenient for travelers who departed from the hotel and were not convenient to make a special trip.

It was a great choice because I could start my journey to my desired destination immediately upon arriving at the airport, without wasting any time. They were already prepared for pickup at the airport, and I was able to enjoy a beer at the Klook Lounge using my voucher, which made for an even better start to my Bali trip. The car wasn't brand new, but it was clean and well-maintained.
