Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep 4x4 Experience Private Tour + Photographer

We took the package with photographer and hotel transfers & had an enjoyable time going up Mt Batur and black lava. Our Guide Putu was experience and we felt safe in his hands going up and down the mountain. He also has good photography skills. Overall a good experience. A few things to note for future adventurers is that to confirm your itinerary and timing a day before and make sure someone from the agency messages you for your tour. We had a hiccup and we’ve to postpone this tour to the next day. 2nd, do not underestimate the cold. Bring a thicker jacket/blanket or wear heat tech. It’s super cold at 16-18 degrees. It’s a great experience and good for families!

A great experience, well worth the early wake up. Putuk took the best photos for us and made sure everything went smoothly, he is the best photographer ever!! Hery provided our transfer and was also fantastic. 11/10

We had a wonderful and smooth sunrise tour experience. Our driver picked us up around 3 AM near our hotel, and after a short drive, we transferred to a jeep for a 20-minute ride to the sunrise spot. Although many jeeps were already there, we still had a perfect view of the starry sky and the sunrise—an incredibly touching moment. After the sun rose, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the lake. The scenery was stunning. The drivers were also amazing photographers—two of them worked together skillfully to take beautiful photos for us, even in the dark. Next, we visited the black lava fields, and our final stop was a coffee plantation. I especially enjoyed the drive up to the plantation—peaceful roads lined with pretty trees and scenic views of the lake and Mt. Batur in the background. It was a relaxing and memorable ride. Big thanks to our drivers Jess, Bawe, and Yoga. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism!
