We needed to pay attention to the meeting point for the Troll tour. We trusted the AI too much and went to the wrong meeting point, missing our scheduled time. However, after messaging the Troll company, the staff at the camp were very helpful and allowed us to join the afternoon tour instead. The 5-hour glacier hike was fantastic. Our guide, Kasper, was incredibly thoughtful, attentive to everyone's condition, and very focused on safety. He meticulously checked every section of the path we were to take, using tools to carve out safe footholds. We saw amazing scenery, and it was a truly unforgettable and wonderful experience.
