Based on the notified meeting point, we were given a special reminder the day before to make sure we didn't go to the wrong location! After verification, they began measuring everyone's foot size and adjusting the crampons, and we put on safety equipment just in case! Then, they led us to the glacier! Throughout the process, the guide was very kind and patient and helped everyone take pictures! Highly recommended!

We recommend joining a glacier hiking activity. The supplier will send a notification with the meeting point details a few days before departure. The meeting point is a hotel parking lot, and restrooms are available on the hotel's first floor. The glacier is truly spectacular. Martin is an excellent guide, providing explanations along the way and paying attention to the participants' activities and safety.

Our tour guide kept rushing ahead the whole time, not waiting for those of us in the back. They would only occasionally look back, and I'm not sure what the rush was. When we got to the bottom of the mountain, the car wasn't there to pick us up yet, and we waited for 25 minutes.

The trip was not tiring and fun, and the tour guide was considerate and responsible in ensuring everyone's safety, which made people feel very at ease.

Hello, My friend and I were unable to join the activity. This booking was under a 24-hour free cancellation policy. We had originally planned to stay at the hotel that was listed as the meeting point, so our schedule was arranged accordingly. However, after the 24-hour free cancellation period had already passed, the supplier emailed us to inform that the meeting point had been changed — about 30 minutes away from the original location. As we were traveling with elderly companions, the change affected our schedule and we were unable to make it to the new meeting point on time. As soon as we realized we could not arrive in time, we tried to contact the supplier immediately by phone (which was unreachable) and also sent an email. The supplier initially agreed to reschedule our booking, but later stopped responding to our messages. Up to now, we have not received any further reply. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund for this booking. Thank you for your understanding.
