great bike, light and comfy. very efficient service. and friendly. a bit expensive tbh, but it's a nice experience to cycle in NYC. I'd still recommend it. the alternative is the citi bike, which is cheaper.

The service was perfect and the staff friendly and helpful. The bike was ok, brakes, gears, I got a helmet and a locker that could be placed in a little bag that was connected to the frame. Driving through New York is an experience I do not want to miss! However the traffic is a challenge. I recommend to always watch out for the extra lanes for bikers. I did not have a special map and and did not plan enough time to find back to Unlimited Bikes station in the afternoon.

The car rental process is convenient, the quality of the bicycles is good, and the experience of riding a bicycle on the Brooklyn Bridge is very special!

Because there is a time limit for changing cars, there is a crash in a hurry. Fortunately, the injury is not serious. Back in the store, the service staff provided OK stretch.
