This hotel's Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. The ambiance is superb, facing the vast ocean. The restaurant is very quiet and elegant, with tables spaced far apart, offering a great sense of privacy. It's a perfect spot for a tea gathering with a few close friends. The food quality is excellent, and the waitstaff are attentive and friendly. Transportation is very convenient, as the hotel provides a shuttle bus every half hour. The prices are reasonable, making it well worth a visit.
Decided to stay at the Fullerton to enjoy the infinity pool during the summer. I've had their buffet before and it was excellent. This time, I chose the nine-course dinner, which was $1000 for two people, a great deal. The overall quality of the food was very high. The baked crab shell was packed with ingredients; the shrimp balls were very bouncy; the tea-smoked chicken had a great smoky flavor and was very tender; the abalone risotto was very flavorful; and the dessert was a not-too-sweet and delicious purple rice soup.
Restaurant had very nice ambiance and decor. The table and seats were comfortable. The set menu was excellent! every course tasted great! my favorite was the crab and chicken soup. highly recommend!
The environment was quiet and beautiful. the dim sum was tasty. if you want to order hot tea, there are a lot of choices for selection with extra cost.
The food quality is exceptionally high, with every dish tasting excellent. It truly maintains a consistent standard. The previous dinner was also incredibly rich, especially the crab, which is their signature dish and made entirely of crab meat. I'll definitely mention it again! The lunch was very satisfying and delicious. Enjoying it with a glass of champagne while overlooking the sea view is absolutely fantastic. The staff are excellent, and the dishes are impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place.
The restaurant is very spacious with comfortable seating. The staff service is also excellent, meeting the standards expected of a hotel, with each dish being introduced after it is served. The food is worth the original price, so the "buy-one-get-one-free" offer is very worthwhile. However, please note that it only includes two glasses of orange juice, and there is an extra charge for tea.
The service is excellent 👍🏻 Although the tea fee starts at $45 per person, it's worth it! You can choose from different types of tea leaves. The quality of the tea is high, making it very enjoyable. You can also enjoy the sea view while savoring delicious food. The chilled abalone appetizer is fresh and delicious 👍🏻 The "Jade" Dim Sum Set also included additional dim sum: the Abalone Siu Mai at $188 is worth a try. The abalone is large, and the pork siu mai is full of ingredients and delicious 😋
A great and very relaxing place with a vacation vibe. The Chinese restaurant is well-decorated with attentive service. There's a shuttle service approximately every half hour. The dishes are exquisite, the ingredients are fresh, and you can also add your own choice of Chinese tea. Highly recommended.
The environment is great, not too crowded, and has a sea view, so you can eat at a leisurely pace. The dim sum is delicious, but the sparkling tea included with the meal only amounts to a few sips, and adding more tea costs over $50 per person. The portion sizes are moderate, so you won't be too full after going for a spa treatment.
Since we stayed at the Fullerton, we also dined at the hotel. Surprisingly, there was only one table using Klook that night. It was such a good deal with the buy-one-get-one-free offer, I was really surprised that there were so few people! The service staff didn't slack off because of the discount, the service was at the normal level. The food was worth the price. It gets dark quickly, so if you want to see the sea, you should arrive before 6pm😆.
