Our day trip to Hoa Bac village with Tony (Tuan) and Mr. Huong was a real highlight. Tony was friendly, fun, patient, and spoke great English. He was sensitive to our needs and generously shared his knowledge throughout the day. Together with Mr. Huong, they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We had also booked a second day in advance, but unfortunately I fell under the weather and had to cancel last minute. They were incredibly understanding and gave us a full refund, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended. it’s an authentic cultural immersion with the locals if you look for one. the tour guide Han and the driver are really helpful and lovely. the cooking and lunch at aunt xuan’s house is wonderful. we had a great time with them.
