Free experience, but a complete trap! First, I inquired via WhatsApp about Tsim Sha Tsui, but the schedule they sent was actually in CWB (Causeway Bay)! The schedule didn't clearly state the address (photo 6 doesn't lie), so I kept assuming it was in Tsim Sha Tsui. This is absolutely insane, I really have to swear. I booked a class for January 9th at 12 pm, thinking it was in Tsim Sha Tsui, and when I arrived at the location at 11:55 am, I realized the class address was in Causeway Bay? There was no way I could make it in time, and they clearly stated that latecomers wouldn't be allowed in. Free aggravation! My time was completely wasted! Their messages were extremely confusing. The WhatsApp notification I received also included class locations in Central & Causeway Bay, which is crazy. Even at 12:10 pm, I still had no idea where I was actually supposed to go to take the class. It's really just getting aggravated for free. I don't recommend patronizing this place. Would it really kill them to include the class address "Causeway Bay" under the course booking? I completely feel like an idiot being played. I will definitely not patronize them and I don't recommend anyone else does either. Maybe next time you book Causeway Bay, you'll actually have to go to Tsim Sha Tsui just to mess with you! 😁😁😁
The place is small but well-equipped, recommended
Very basic and average treatment, staff is polite but keeps selling during the whole treatment. Its not a nice experience when you just want to relax
