Great Ocean Road Max Highlights: Wildlife & London Bridge Sunset

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

Amazing guide, Vance, who really cared for the group and made sure nobody was left behind. He stopped at so many places like the London Bridge and 12 Apostles. The drive there was really scenic too. We wish we had a bit longer in some places like Apollo Bay, but overall was still glad to see everything! Amazing day!

It was such a great day with our driver/guide John! He showed up at the pick up location exactly on time, check each one's reservation so nobody get behind. Not only good explanation of all the spots and the historical knowledge about the great ocean road, he managed all the pit stops well and announced in advance so we can prepare for each stopping. And all the tour are supposed to be back to the CMD around 8pm, but he wanted to show us as much as he can, so we were able to watch the beautiful sunset at the London bridge, the most spectacular sunset ever. John is very passionate with his job and very professional about it. If you consider to go the great ocean tour, he is the best guy! Strongly recommend

Excellent travel experience, Henry was soo good, we have requested for front seat since my spouse was pregnant and they arranged for the same without any issue. Henry was always cautious in driving and travel was very smooth allowing 5 to 10 mins grace time for every place and calls missing passengers regularly in each spot without leaving anyone.

The tour guide is very good at explaining things, describing the Australian scenery and stories while driving along the road. The service staff will send an email the night before to notify you where to board the bus. At each scenic spot, the driver will remind everyone what time to get back on the bus when letting people off. The driver speaks both English and Chinese, making communication very convenient.

Guide: Augustine. The best tour guide! He speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and Thai. He was amazing, providing wonderful commentary throughout the tour and helping me learn a lot of history. If I visit Melbourne again next year, I will definitely book with this travel agency! Also, the restaurant recommended by the guide was quite good—I got to enjoy fresh fish and chips by the sea!

Had an amazing Great Ocean Road tour! The views were beautiful and the whole trip was really enjoyable. A big shoutout to our tour guide, John — he was super friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. He made the trip feel really comfortable and fun, and was always happy to answer our questions. A full day of long drive through the Great Ocean Road with several scenic stops. The chocolaterie at the start was nice. The stops were mainly general beach views from the top, another stop was to see a koala at its natural habitat on trees at the roadside. Each stop was mostly about 15-20 minutes, with a longer one for lunch and for the Twelve Apostles. The notable ones were the Twelve Apostles & London Bridge at the end where you can finally see the rock formations. Itinerary & activities could be improved for more comfort but it was nice overall.
