Phuket Big Buddha, Wat Chalong and Phuket Old Town with Guide Half Day

Nice and interesting tour. driver was on time. we also had a nice and friendly guide who bought us ard and also explain to us the diff places. this tour makes u explore phuket that we wont usually go due to lack of transport.

Brilliant tour. Great communication due to a slight change in times. We were always informed how far away they were. We were picked up in a nice comfy van with a few other people. We were always offered water/coke as it was a hot day. We visited lots of sights, but also a local honey farm and cashew nut farm, with an option to make purchases. Our guides were knowledgeable and respectful throughout. Thank you both, you made our stay in Phuket very memorable

Very bad service. Pick up was not on time and had to follow up multiple times. I was asked to shift the trip to other date for their convinience. The guide was not upto the mark and did not follow the itinerary listed. He did not allow us time to see the old town of phuket and just made car stop at 1 point for a photo. Since I know that this not the old town I could understand this is not the place and lanes of old town. Ideally no time was given for Karon viewpoint and we were rather taken to some honey factory and jewels shops for his commision. He did not follow the itinerary and the trip is a waste of time and money. Do not take this trip since they dont follow itinerary

The itinerary was good. It was a nice experience to know Phuket city by this trip. But the guide was not so good. Otherwise everything was good.

pickup was late. tour guide was nice but we had difficulty understanding his English. disappeared with supposedly headache and left us with driver only. itinerary was different. went to bee farm instead of orchid.

Pearls shop was not the port of itenery. still we wasted some time there. we didn’t stopped on karon view point. overall not satisfied with the city tour. there are more other options you can visit in citi rather that visiting shops.

There was no indication when we booked that the Big Buddha is shut (due to tragic cicumstances). We were picked up on time, but to pad out the trip without the Buddha they then stopped at an additional viewpoint (20 minutes each) and then made a number of unscheduled stops at shopping places (jewellry and honey). It was myself and my 7 year old son who could not be less interested in shopping so these were just painful. When we finally arrived in Old Town we were told we only had 30 minutes (not the 50 min advertised) which meant we didn't get time to enjoy it at all. In hindsight we should have just booked a taxi to and from the Old Town and stopped at a different beach on the way home. The guide and the driver were really lovely but really this tour needs to be changed with the closure of the Bid Buddha it shouldnt really be called the Big Buddha and Old Town tour.
