Reviews summaryWe had an amazing time on the Blue Mountains Adventure Day Tour on Sunday, 04 May, with Wine Hop and Coastal Tour. A huge shoutout to our fantastic tour guides, Matt and Jacob — both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the day. They communicated everything clearly at each stop, kept the group well-informed, and made sure we were all safe and accounted for, especially during bus rides and transitions. We felt very well looked after the entire time. What truly stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating they were, especially when it came to assisting my husband, who is handicapped. Their genuine care and attention made a world of difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery without worry. The tour was well-paced and packed with stunning views and experiences — a perfect way to explore the beauty of the Blue Mountains. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure everyone felt included, safe, & comfortable. Highly recommended.
Peter our guide & driver was considerate. provided critical/important info/facts on board and while touring, let us rest through the journey. overall the tour feels sufficient, not too rushing, road journey ain’t too long also. should just go ahead and book this tour! bought this day tour during sale, so value for money (<$150 pp) as compared to other similar daytrip at $200 range. Below is the breakdown details for those who wish to know what goes for my tour (timing may differs for each tour depending on weather, ppl on board with time taken at each point etc) thankfully for this tour everyone was considerate and punctual! - 650am pickup @ parkroyal darling habour. exterior of the mini tour bus clearly indicates the name of the tour group, ours was Wine Hop & Coastal. we saw other tour buses while waiting for the pick up. this was the last pickup stop, full 24pax on a monday. - 1h drive to Glenbrook for coffee/toilet break arrived 740am for 20mins - 845 to 910 am Olympian Rock (walk down few steps to the view point) - 920 to 940am Katoomba Cascades (walk down few steps to the falls) - 945 to 1005am Echo point (see 3 sisters) - 1015 to 1025am Cahill’s Lookout - 1035 to 12pm Scenic World (skyway > railway > rainforest walkway > cableway) - 1215 to 120pm Leura village for lunch (own expense) - 230 to 345pm Sydney Zoo (free feeds to kangaroo and free digital photo with koala) - 430 to 5pm Ferry from Sydney Olympian Park through Parramatta to Circular Quay. tour guide see us board the ferry, and tour concluded
This day trip was absolutely worth it! The itinerary was full and well-organized, but it never felt rushed. Our tour guide, Karen, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — she shared lots of fascinating historical facts, fun animal trivia, and unique Aussie insights. She answered all our questions with so much enthusiasm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We got to enjoy all the stunning views at the Blue Mountains, including the iconic Three Sisters, beautiful waterfalls, and thrilling scenic rides. Lunch at the charming village of Leura was such a lovely touch. We also visited Sydney Zoo and even got a free photo with a red panda! For Muslim travelers, no worries — there’s a prayer room at Sydney Zoo, which was super convenient. The day ended perfectly with a sunset ferry ride back to Sydney — the view was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended!
Great trip to get away from the city and explore some of the nature Australia has to offer. The trip included very cool places with great scenery. Our tour guide, Peter, was a cool and awesome some guy. Provided great information on all the sites and was very helpful throughout the trip. The ferry on the way back to the city was the best part. If you want to more out of Australia than just the city, book this trip!
Truly marvelous and beautiful! And it’s just an hour away from Sydney! It’s breathtakingly gorgeous and will sweep you off your feet! And our guide was very awesome about introducing us to our locations! He was also a safe driver which is a plus to the whole tour! Will do this tour again if I come back to Australia …
this is a tour with so much things lined up. if you want to do an all in one tour you better book this one. it has such value for your money. i loved that mine even came with a koala and kangaroo encounter ! i would do this again since it was quite cloudy
Our day tour to the Blue Mountains was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to our guide, Karen. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the trip. Karen provided detailed information about each location, enriching our understanding of the stunning landscapes and history of the Blue Mountains. She consistently checked in to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of, which made the tour feel personalized and enjoyable. However, there was one notable issue with the logistics. I had selected Novotel Darling Harbour as my pickup point, which was conveniently located right across from where I was staying. Two days before the tour, I received an email notifying me that the pickup location had been changed to Parkroyal Darling Harbour, a 15-minute walk away. While I appreciate the advance notice, this change could have caused significant inconvenience if I had missed the email. It’s crucial for the tour operator to ensure pickup locations remain consistent or provide clearer communication for such changes. Overall, the tour itself was fantastic, and Karen’s expertise and care made it truly special. With improved communication regarding logistics, this experience would have been flawless. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Blue Mountains!
Appreciated our professional and knowledgable tour guide - Karen. She brought us to so much sites as the itenary which are valuable and memorable. She shared a lot of stories behind the scenes while guiding and driving during journey. The rundown is designed as much as appropriate and comfortable to all of our tourists around the world. Having invaluable experience during the journey this time, I would share my experience and appreciate the beautiful scenes in Sydney to all of my friends. Wishing Karen and teammates a happy life and keep healthy forever. See you next time!!!!!
the Driver and the tour guide himself Mr Piotr..the best of the best..every stops every corner he explained the history of sydney, the mountains the animals and the jokes. all the places we manage to cover perfectly. For Muslims carefull as there is no halal food available during lunch...u can try e Metro supermarket to get bread etc. other than that its a great trip and Adventure..highly recommended
Tour was well planned - we managed to cover a lot of things and there were sufficient breaks for washroom/snacks/lunch purposes. The tour guide Ronnie was very charming and provided a lot of witty commentary and was very upbeat, making the tour very fun and engaging to follow. We managed to see the cliffs, waterfalls and enjoyed the views due to good weather too.
