However, the meetup location should have been provided in more detail (e.g., "in front of the mall entrance"). The organizer's lateness caused confusion about the meetup point. There were also insufficient torches to light the lanterns, and no instructions were provided on how to do so.

The activity part is really excellent and a great experience. However, the departure sign was not clear, so I could not find the bus point immediately, and there were no signs on site to tell me where to take the bus, so I waited for more than an hour in vain! When I arrived at my destination, I couldn’t use the QR code to enter the venue, so I couldn’t find the list! I found that all Taiwanese who bought tickets on Klook encountered the same problem! In the end, admission was arranged by on-site personnel. What was the purpose of buying tickets? It’s puzzling! The customer service staff was unable to solve the problem immediately and even went offline automatically. After three customer service staff were replaced, they still could not solve the problem of where to take the bus.

A VIP ticket costing over 6000 yuan, and we spent over 13000 yuan for two people, only to be taken to the wrong venue... I'm really too disappointed. The excitement I'd been feeling for almost two years has been completely ruined.
