Raft and Craft Combo Experience

We reconfirmed an activity 2 times on email and planned out journey from Auckland to Wellington on the earliest domestic flight and arriving 45 minutes early to Upper Hutt for the pick up. We braved the cold gusts of wind outside for a pickup that never came and had to resort to calling the operator 15 minutes who just apologized and in wonder why there was supposedly to be a Grade 2 activity which did not happen at all. They were just dismissing it with a mere apology and when I reached to Klook for support, I received the same kind of SOP reply, that they will investigate and execute refund for the experience. What Klook failed to understand is our demand for compensation for train travels costing us NZD 38 and needless to say our domestic flight to Wellington. We would rather spend Christmas at Auckland then stay stuck in Wellington! While refund was prompt, but that was expected for most similar cases. Much more can be done instead of a managerial reply saying how sorry they are!
