- [About purchasing front row seats] The front row refers to the first three rows of seats, subject to the guide's arrangement on the day. Please be aware.
- Due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual travel conditions of the day. Please be aware. If the time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 8,000 yen per hour will be charged, which will be shared by the team. New Ole休館日(Outlet closed days): Once a year, the 3rd Thursday in February. On the 定休日(regular holiday) day, we will visit either Lake Yamanaka sightseeing or Lake Yamanaka Onsen (hot spring) as a choice.
- We will send an email to guests between 18:00-21:00 the day before the trip to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it in time. - If you have tattoos, you cannot soak in the hot springs; Japanese hot springs require nude bathing. Please be aware.

- Because the day trip is a shared car trip; please do not be late at the meeting place or scenic spots. If you are late, you will not be waited for and no refund will be given. Any accidents that may occur after being late will need to be borne by you for the corresponding costs and responsibilities.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or program performance times without prior notice, and may even cancel some project operations and performances.

- During the group tour, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway.
