This trip was awesome! Total experience is perfect. We are 5mins late on the exact place because we lost at the station going to the bank but the driver still wait for us. Thank you very much.

Karuizawa was a great place to visit. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow, adults enjoyed the food and the shopping. Our tour guide was nice and shared many things about the place and Japan.
