Paid for 2 physical SIMs which include calls, messages and 5GB data for my kids whose phones were not yet eSIM-ready. Upon arrival at HKIA, we exit at B and the redemption counter is indeed at A09, so we have to walk about 150 meters. Showed the redemption QR code to the person-in-charge and she immediately gave the 2 SIMs, which were inserted to my kids' phones when we arrived at the hotel. Upon turning on the phone with SIM, had to register name first and took a picture of passport data (for non-HKers). If remembered correctly, an adult is allowed to register 10 SIMs. Had to wait some time to confirm registration (was not able to time it, but I think less than 30 minutes), and when confirmed, it's good to go.. Nice signal everywhere. 5GB data is enough for messages and navigation for 5 days, not recommended for watching videos (or apps that require big data).
