Guide, Jennifer was good. Lake como is beautiful with lots of lovely villas owned by the rich and famous! Really liked the pretty town of Bellagio, wish we had more time there! Lugano is in Switzerland, so remember to bring your passport! Overall beautiful place to visit if you have more days in Milan. Big bus with 50 tourists.
I recommend going with your family. The Lugano itinerary wasn't that appealing. Personally, I think it was mostly just about shopping and there wasn't enough time. In that sense, it was a bit disappointing, but the scenery was good and felt like Switzerland.
It was great to be able to visit Lake Como and Lugano, Switzerland in one day. I wish I had more time, but I guess that's the limit of a day trip, right? Haha
