Serravalle Designer Outlet Shopping Experience from Milan

Reached 15 mins earlier to catch the bus. The bus will fill up quickly and there will be 2 pickup points. Suggest to get the 9am bus and not later. Reason if you want to get your tax refund at the outlet. The refund queue is quite long and service is not very friendly. Spend money and get rude service! 😅overall this is the best and easiest way to go to the outlet.

I took the shuttle bus service from Milan to Serravalle Designer Outlet, and overall, it was a convenient but slightly long journey. The bus was comfortable and air-conditioned, making the 1.5-hour ride fairly smooth. It’s a direct service, so there’s no need to worry about transfers, which is great for those unfamiliar with the area. The seats were comfortable, and the ride was hassle-free.

it was a smooth and hassle free ride. Bus also came with charged ports ! outlet was well designed with clear signs (tax refund, etc). Overall a pleasant experience!

Convenient way to get to the outlet, which has plenty of designer brands and products were great. One problem is the duration, while the drive from CBD should only be 50/60 mins (according to google map), the entire trip may take up to 2.5 hours, if you get on at the Centrale station. The bus picks up more passengers from Duomo area, and they tend to wait for late-comers. Also the car prior to us broke down half way, so some passengers need to come to our bus. Return trip was fine though, took around 60 minutes.

The meeting point is conveniently located opposite the Milan train station, making it easy to find. The driver distributed return tickets according to the order time. However, the return time was limited to certain departures, which lacked flexibility. Because I finished shopping early, I waited for the bus for over an hour alone.

The outlet is nice to browse, it's large with many brands, and the shuttle bus is punctual.

Worth the visit however note that mostly are older models. Prices are way cheaper. Only downside would be, the information on the meeting point could be more clearer. There are many taxi stands around the station. I have attached here 2 photos for reference. Look out for the exit where it will lead you to that BIG APPLE. It is opposite the street.
