Como, Lugano and Bellagio Exclusive Boat Cruise

I had a great time on this trip and would definitely recommend it! The day started near Milano Centrale, where we met our group. A lovely surprise was when our driver, Alfonso, gave a rose to all the women on the tour♡ a wonderful way to start the day. Our first stop was Como, which was beautiful, followed by Bellagio, my favorite destination. I only wish we had more time there. Our guide, Sonia, was fantastic and gave great recommendations at every stop, from places to see to cafés, pastry shops, and local treats. The boat ride on Lake Como was another highlight, with stunning views of the lake and famous villas while Sonia shared interesting information along the way. We ended the day in Lugano, Switzerland, which felt like a hidden gem. The scenery was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt less crowded than other destinations. Overall, it was a well-organized tour with amazing views, great guidance, and memorable experiences.

The tour was very good. You must try this if ever you're in Milan. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. The bus driver was an expert maneuvering through the very narrow roads. The beauty of Lake Como is a must see.

I wanted to have Lake cruise and like be near the lake for which I took this trip. And our guide Mateo as well as our driver Tony were both superb. Mateo gave a lot of guidance and details about Como, Bellagio and Lugano. And Tony would help us across the streets from the bus in case of constant traffic due to single lanes. The lake trip was very calming and relaxing. Even if the trip was full day for me it wasn't tiring as in this one, I didn't walk a lot in my free time, but rather just sat near the lake sides.

The itinerary was well planned, allowing sufficient time to explore each destination while enjoying the scenic journey between them. The drive to Lake Como offered stunning views of the Italian countryside. Lugano offered a different experience, blending Swiss efficiency with Italian charm. The guide- Alex was knowledgeable, organized, and provided useful information throughout the day, helping visitors better understand the history and significance of the places visited. Areas for improvement: The onboard toilet in the bus should be fully functional, especially given the length of the excursion. An option to pre-select or reserve bus seats during booking would significantly enhance guest comfort and convenience. On the boat, additional open-air seating on the upper or rear deck would greatly improve the experience, as many guests prefer unobstructed views and photo opportunities while cruising through Lake Como. Overall, this is a highly recommended.

The whole trip is so worth it for the prize. The travel guides are extremely friendly, helpful and informative. We went to three tourist spots in one day and it's so amazing. Highly recommend this trip to everyone coming to Milan. 12/10.

Salvatore is the best, and so is driver Tony. They did a superb job. The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guide and leader were excellent. It was a pleasant trip. It was truly great that we had a private boat for our group, with no other people joining us!

Highly recommend! When gathering in the morning, be sure to arrive early! That area is where all the tour groups meet, and you need to ask each guide if they are the one you booked. However, the tour bus was the most luxurious I've ever ridden on! (Try to choose a seat on the right side of the bus, as there are more views on that side.) The boat was also the cleanest I've ever seen in terms of the glass, making taking photos effortless. The tour guide on this trip was amazing! They spoke four languages and switched between them very quickly! They distribute small radio receivers to everyone on the bus, so you don't have to worry about not hearing them when they're leading the group on foot. In short, it was an incredible value! I originally wanted to plan the transportation, train rides, and boat tickets myself, and since it involved crossing borders, I thought better of it and bought this tour package. It allowed me to follow along without having to think, and I really was able to just follow along mindlessly and happily take photos! Especially not having to figure out how to get to Lugano or having to wait in line for the boat – I was so happy! Plus, the beautiful scenery... Please, everyone, book this tour! It's a real bargain! Mindlessly follow along to the most beautiful places.

Our guide Alice was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with everyone on board. She seamlessly switched between English and Italian, making sure all passengers felt included and informed throughout the journey. Her insights about the history and culture of each place made the experience even more special. A big thank-you as well to Klaus, our coach driver, for his professionalism and smooth driving along the scenic (and sometimes narrow!) roads — we always felt safe and comfortable. This tour was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend both Alice and Klaus for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Lake Como and beyond!
