very nice guide. he was really informative and showed important sites. although we have expected to have more picture taking moments and some places mentioned in the itinerary were not shown such as the Balto statue.
We didn't get to ride at all because it was canceled due to the heat, and we weren't informed in advance. We only found out when we arrived and asked someone nearby who was soliciting customers for bicycle rides. On top of that, customer service was extremely slow, and we still don't know if we can get a refund.
