What an amazing experience! As a coffee lover, this class was truly the highlight of my Vietnam trip. We got to make four types of Vietnamese coffee: egg coffee, coconut coffee, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, and sea salt foam coffee. The sea salt foam coffee was my favorite—it was absolutely delicious! I had so much fun learning the techniques behind each drink, especially egg coffee. I was so excited to finally learn how to make it myself. The experience inspired me to buy high-quality coffee grounds before leaving Vietnam so I can continue making these coffees at home and relive the memories of this wonderful trip. Highly recommended for anyone who loves coffee and wants a fun, hands-on cultural experience!
If you’re really into coffee, you don’t just need to savour it. You need to embrace its origins. This coffee session is honestly the best idea because you get to savour the coffee and understand its origin. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
The class was very helpful and fun! The instructor was very good and funny as well. IT was all worth it. I really love their coffee recipes! safety: practiced equipment: very cool and helpful experience: very good instructor: clear and good in teaching location:accessible
It was so worth it.. During our lessons yesterday there were only 2 of us as students. Head Barista Ngan Lu was amazing. She was so eloquent and knowledgeable about her cradt which is coffee making. She was also very accommodating and chitchats with us casually. Will recommend this to my friends. Next time I'll try their cooking classes. I also purchased the ceramic & aluminum set so that I can remake the coffee back home. Til next time ✨️💜🇻🇳
when i thought that making Coffee was just putting 1 spoon of powder and some condensed milk was it, this course takes me on a different level. i didn't think Coffee can be so complex to make a really nice cup. The fresh egg Coffee is my favourite. the best one i have had in Vietnam made by myself. coconut coffee was similar and so was the milk Coffee. but the salt Coffee was tasting a bit better than outside and also because of the way i should drink it. The course was very educational with the guidance of the teacher and the team i was in. i was fortunate to have a really nice group and everyone was friendly. . The certificate was great too. maybe I'll get a job in a Coffee shop lol. bit unlucky that i had to run off at the end and miss out on the socialising and chat to the staff. i had to move condos. Great to spend 2 hours here for anyone thinking about it.
Today was a Vietnamese coffee class ☕. I personally made four different types: egg coffee, classic condensed milk iced coffee, coconut cream coffee, and sea salt foam coffee. Usually, I just drink coffee, but making it myself, I realized how different the texture, sweetness, and flavor are for each type. It was especially fascinating how the same coffee could feel like a completely different dessert. If you're looking for a unique experience while traveling, I highly recommend it! I made some great memories!
The class was conducted by Sarah, who was extremely professional, funny, answered our enquiries and conducted the class very well. We made four coffees: egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee, and traditional Vietnamese coffee. Do make sure you have something small before you come (not too full, because there are 4 glasses of coffee to be enjoyed 😋). The process was very engaging for all, and the steps were explained really well. It is a once-in-a-lifetime, extremely fun experience in Ho Chi Minh, and I highly recommend every traveler to come. my friend said it was the best activity of this trip!
Value for money. I loved this activity that I booked. You learn how to make 4 types of coffee that Vietnam is known for and you learn a little history behind the coffees and it's origin. Sarah was the star of the show, she teaches step by step and is hilarious. Her English is really good so you're able to understand everything she tells and shes super helpful. All the equipment with ingredients is provided for. It was a wonderful experience. We also got to make friends with the other participants! In the end we all received a certificate and a coffee making recipe book. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!
Highly recommended for introverted travelers like me! This is such an interesting activity if you go to Vietnam and curious with their coffee culture. There's a certificate and a free recipe book as well after the class.
Enjoyed being a barista for a day! Had fun learning about the origin of Vietnam coffee and learning how to make 4 differents kinds. Sarah, our teacher, was fun and jolly and provides instructions well. Ingredients and equipment were all provided. A recipe booklet was given for free as well towards the end of the session.
