The service attitude was excellent, located within a guesthouse. Buying a voucher was a good deal; purchasing on-site was a bit more expensive. The only downside was that there were only two spa rooms, each accommodating two people. You couldn't shower properly, only stand in the bathtub, which caused water to spray everywhere. They could also arrange pick-up and drop-off services to other nearby hotels.

Facilities: The spa is located inside the hotel and is new, and the massage room has an ocean view. Service: The operator was very kind. Both the welcome drink and the drink after the treatment were rich in taste. Massage therapist: Not only the massage, but also the pressure and the room temperature were good, and the thoughtfulness was good. The only disappointing thing is that the spa is located on a busy main road, so it is difficult to reach the spa when the traffic starts. So make sure you arrive at the spa with plenty of time.

The space is comfortable and you can choose your favorite massage oil. This time I tried the bamboo massage, which was quite comfortable. I almost fell asleep at one point, but it was not as special as I imagined. Basically, after the massage, a heated bamboo tube was rolled over the body. (At first I thought it was like in northern Thailand, with bamboo hammers and bamboo boards hitting each other)

The spa, located behind the hotel restaurant, offered a pretty good experience. It's a large chain brand, and the staff were very attentive, asking detailed questions. After the treatment, the tea and cookies were quite delicious.

This chain brand spa conducts a pre-treatment questionnaire to ask if there are any areas of discomfort or parts of the body that should not be touched. The staff are very attentive. We chose the coconut exfoliation, which also included a bath. Overall, it was a very refined experience.

The masseuse was very professional and provided excellent service.

We overall enjoyed our experience except unfortunately it was not made clear through the booking that you needed to arrive probably 15 minutes early. We arrived on time, but had not been made aware this was the massage start time, so as a result we did not receive the full 90 minute massage. Definitely recommend arriving early to avoid this issue! The hotel that the spa is in is quite out of the way with nothing else around, and the lift was not working (which was fine for us but not good if you have accessibility requirements). The room was lovely and the therapists were well skilled. You get to select your preferred oil from a good range which was nice.

the massage was ok. quite relaxing but nothing super amazing. the place had a nice atmosphere. However, this entire area was blocked up the local taxi so online taxi eg grab and Gojek could not enter and pick up passengers. there are fights between local and online taxis here. very inaccessible and if you were to pay for the local taxi it is very expensive.
