Siena and San Gimignano Day Tour with Audio Guide

what an amazing experience. the tour guide Elisabeth was fantastic. knowledgeable, engaging and funny. the wine tasting was superb, with amazing Tuscan food and delicious wines. we also had plenty of time to explore Siena and San Gimignano. highly recommended!

we enjoyed our Day tour with city wonder , Tabata and Erick were amazing guide. bus ride was smooth, driver was careful. Tour guide was funny , kind and very knowledgeable. Sienna is such a beautiful city more than happy we were able to visit. San Gimignano is also a MUST visit! thank you Klook and city wonder!

Please know that you will have to download an external app to contact the tour guide/agency and receive all relevant information. As of the time we went the lunch event was cancelled which was fine for us, but do bear in mind this tour is for people who want to have the freedom to walk around places themselves with as little guidance as possible. Transfers were a little finicky with the restricted transport in both locations, and more guidance on how to find the meetup point would've been appreciated. Still, the guide was professional and we got to everything on time even though the weather wasn't the best.

The trip is very easy to participate in, the tour guide has professional and clear instructions, the food is delicious, and the wine tasting is rich. It is also very comfortable to bring elders.

Dear Klook /City wondersTeam, My wife and I were not very happy with this trip because the information we received from Klook was incorrect. They said the meeting time was 8am and I arrived at the meeting point at 7:40 AM as they said but we waited for 1.5 hours, which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. And there was no way to contact. Please correct the information so that future customers don’t experience the same issue. Klook에서 보내준 티켓에 8시모이는것이라고 분명히 써있고 20분전에 도착하라고해서 7시40분에갔는데 아무도없어서 너무 당황하고 연락도안되어서 황당했습니다. 할수없이 무작정 기다렸더니 9시에 깃발든 안내자가 오더라고요. Klook에서 틀린 시간을 주었다는해명이었습니다. 제발 내용을 제대로 고치시고 다른 손님들이 이런 피해를 입지않도록 해주세요. 그외에 버스, 가이드등 여행내용은 그런대로 괜찮았다고 생각합니다. Thank you for your attention.
