Reviews
Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional. During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip. Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.
this is definitely one amazing day trip from Madrid. segovia is a lovely city that is best explored on foot. our guide Ramiro shared many historical facts about the city which we truly enjoy.
If you stay in Madrid for a few days, you must visit Segovia; this itinerary is highly recommended. We left at 9am and returned to the center of Madrid at 8pm, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the remains of the aqueduct. The Alcazar Castle is also worth taking the time to admire and take photos. My English tour guide tried his best and answered all questions👍
The tour guide will explain the route to the castle. After the castle tour, you'll have plenty of time to continue strolling through the streets or try the local specialty, roast suckling pig. It's a great trip.
My second time in segovia. better organized tour than the One I took wirh klook last year. tour guide was waaaay much better. transfer going home was on time and better organized. and this time, the guide brought everyone up to the alcazar.
Klook description said duration for 11 hours, departing at 9am and returning at 8pm. however, there r so many groups departing at the same location at the same time, it took long time for the bus to really start moving. for returning, it’s almost an hour earlier, so all in all, one only has little time to explore the city. Segovia is a very beautiful city and worth spending more time strolling around but I would not join a tour next time.
The package included the 2-ways transport and a city tour. It’s a bit convenient than going by yourself but be noted that it’s not a small group tour. Whole day tour is recommended if you would like to have a lunch and an in-depth city walk in Segovia.
The guide is very knowledgeable & recommended restaurant, where to get palace ticket. We enjoyed the trip
The tour guide's explanation was very clear. They also pointed out the best photo spots and well-known restaurants and dishes, leaving plenty of time to explore the town!
The scenery is beautiful, and the tour guide diligently introduced the local buildings and scenery. They also suggested booking a nearby roasted piglet restaurant in advance, so you can come back and eat there after exploring – it's perfect timing.
