Segovia and Toledo Full-Day Tour from Madrid with Optional Alcazar

I feel in love with the place as it speaks culture and history of the architecture. We were also able to taste one of the best cochinillo in Segovia which our tour guide suggested, El Bernardino. Its funny because it is the same as my surname. Few suggestion if you want to try the restau, it is a must try to order the mushroom croquettes and cochinillo, these two dishes melts in our mouth and very delicious. Anyway, would like to send my Kudos to our tour guide, Mariano, he is very kind and make sure that most of us will understand the history of the place and assisted us in every question we have. He also waits for us and tell the bus driver if someone is missing before departing in one place to another. Great experience indeed as first time in Spain!

It would have been great if you had provided a map or tips on paper for those who are not familiar with English or Spanish, and for those who want to make the most of their free time in the area. The area was beautiful.

Very punctual, everything was as offered. It's an interesting option to consider when you have limited time and want to see two sites in one day of guided tours.

Terrible! The bus was 20 minutes late in the morning. The tour guide dropped the tourists off at a location and just left them, without even providing a phone number. It didn't feel like a tour at all. The English was so bad it was unintelligible, and the itinerary was unreasonable. We didn't even go to Segovia. The bus was always late, making the tourists wait in the cold weather. They charge over 600 for this kind of service? I won't participate again. The whole trip was just a superficial glance. Even though the itinerary was so rushed, we didn't get to enjoy anything, and they still included shopping stops. They wouldn't let us leave the shopping stops until the time was up! Bad review! At one point, I couldn't find the meeting point, and there was no one to ask for help. I almost got lost and was already planning to take a train back to Madrid myself. I hope future tour takers won't be fooled! We only saw the exteriors; we didn't get to go inside and take a closer look. 👀

we waited 45mins at the start for the bus then almost an hour to go home. bus was not punctual at all! sched was too tight, better get one whole day in segovia. we weren’t able to eat cochinillo
