What to expect
08:00 Depart from Yangshuo and head to the valley. 09:00 Arrive at the Xingping stream tracing point. Our professional outdoor instructors will guide everyone in wearing safety equipment and explain precautions. Then, the valley stream tracing adventure begins. You will go upstream in a lush valley, feeling the coolness of the stream water on your legs, instantly releasing the summer heat. We will pass waterfalls, climb up them, and then jump into the pools, completely embracing the wilderness. If you encounter a large pool, you can also enjoy swimming and playing in the water, finding the joy of childhood in laughter. Until we reach the end of the stream tracing, you will look back and find that you have mastered many wilderness adventure skills during the stream tracing, feeling a great sense of accomplishment! 13:30 Stream tracing ends, return to Yangshuo.
Good to know
- This activity is suitable for participants aged 6-55. If younger or older individuals wish to participate, they must assume their own risks and provide a liability waiver.
- Yangshuo Canyoning Location: In the valley of Shancun Village, Xingping Town; After arriving by car, the canyoning experience lasts 2-3 hours: The instructor will explain safety precautions, and participants will wear safety equipment. Experience climbing, going upstream, small waterfalls, and潭 jumps, including 2-3 places with a drop of 2-3 meters. After canyoning to the end point, walk back to the starting point via country paths + village roads. The entire experience covers a distance of approximately 2.5 kilometers.
- Canyoning Shuttle Service: If you are in Yangshuo County, Shenshan Road, or north of Gongnong Bridge in the Shili Gallery area, the canyoning experience includes a shuttle service. If you are outside this area, you will need to pay the instructor on-site for the return transportation costs. Alternatively, you can go to the M Hotel Yangshuo West Street Branch in the county town and wait, where the instructor can pick you up.
- The instructor will prepare equipment such as helmets, gloves, harnesses, life jackets, and ropes.
- It is recommended that you wear toe-covering canyoning shoes or athletic shoes that can get wet, brightly colored clothing, sun protection clothing, and bring a set of dry clothes and socks to change into after canyoning to prevent catching a cold.
- Bring a waterproof bag with chocolate, biscuits, beef jerky, or other snacks to replenish your energy and calories.
