Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

- Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- Discount 50% for children from 6 to 9 years old
- Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Maximum 1 child for 1 adult, the 2nd child will pay adult price

- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
- Please present at your chosen pick-up point at lease 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time
- Customers who choose to be picked-up or dropped off at Hoi An Office, customer would be transferred to the office by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car
- Kindly indicate your flight arrival or departure time at checkout
- The schedule of transfers are subject to change based on weather or traffic conditions of the day. If your trip is canceled due to poor weather, the operator may opt to move your schedule to a later date or you can get a full refund
- Please immediately inform the Klook staff or operator in any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly
- For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration. If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats)
- Please note: Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle but it must not have a strong smell
- This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect 10-15 mins delay to pick-up other passengers

My Vietjet flight was originally scheduled to arrive at Da Nang Airport at 17:35, but it was delayed and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 18:30. Fortunately, there weren't any shuttle buses scheduled for that time, and I had already booked the 19:15 time slot (otherwise I would have missed it). I waited at the Highland Cafe next to the meeting point until 19:15. The driver was probably there early but didn't expect me to be so punctual. After I notified Barri Travel via WhatsApp, the driver picked me up within five minutes. Perhaps this time slot is not popular, so the driver drove just for me and took me directly to the hotel. Although we could only communicate in simple English, we were able to converse using translation software. Overall, it was a thoughtful service.
A great option when you are travelling from Da Nang to Hoi An and vice versa. My itinerary prioritizes to wander in Hoi An first for few days before exploring Da Nang and this service is such a big help in terms of transportation. My arrival in Da Nang International Airport from the Philippines was late at night and thank God that I have booked this service, assuring myself that I have a ride from the airport all the way to Hoi An. What I like about this service is that they communicates with you, in my case through the We Chat app, even before your arrival in Da Nang, Vietnam. The driver will wait for you when you are stuck in immigration due to long lines or waiting for your luggage(s) as long as you'll give them updates. This shared minivan service from Hoi An to Da Nang is affordable and convenient. A smaller car will first pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the minivan, which will then take you to your destination. The minivan isn't very new, and the driver tends to drive a bit fast. While it's cheap and convenient, the comfort level is just average.

I booked two routes: from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An city center, and from Hoi An city center to Da Nang city center. The bus stop locations provided on the website were very accurate. At Da Nang Airport, the meeting point was right after exiting customs. Overall, it was super convenient and fast. I saw similar car booking services offered at hotel front desks in Hoi An, but they were almost always around 300k VND. So, unless you're chartering a car with a group, this is the most cost-effective option for a solo traveler.
