Reviews
fun and educational experience going through Asakusa with our guide Aki. the end was the best when she helped me buy a Japanese knife.
My guide Taka was absolutely amazing! He was very kind and knowledgeable about the city and the area, and went above and beyond the expected tour, showing all sorts of locations and sights. His passion for the history and the area really shone through from the beginning to the end. Once the tour concluded, he even helped with recommendations for dining and entertainment afterwards. I strongly suggest anyone who is interested in local history book a tour, it is a great way to spend an afternoon in Asakusa!
We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with Yoko. Yoko was very knowledgeable and gave us insights about the areas history that you wouldn’t get doing the visit unaccompanied. We love our knives and feel like we were taken to a very reputable store.
Mari was an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the history and traditions of the area. It was great to have somebody point out and explain all the small details I would have missed if I had walked in the area alone. I highly recommend this tour to anybody visiting the Asakusa area.
