- Latest departure time: 15:00 for solo city charter, 12:00 for crosstown charter
- Solo city chartered services are only offered to and from cities that are in the same area group (e.g. Areas A: Taipei-Keelung or Areas F: Kaohsiung to Pingtung) -Crosstown charter services are only offered to and from cities that are not in the same area group, but with an addtional fees (e.g Areas A to Areas B or Areas A to Areas D)
- Please note: The Central Mountain Range stretches from the north of Taiwan to the south, bisecting western (Areas A, B, C, D,F) and eastern (Areas G, H, I) areas. Due to this, crossing from west to east and vice versa will not be available for crosstown charter services
- Places not covered under the service: Lishan, Fushoushan, Hehuanshan, and Aowanda National Forest Recreation Are
- You will be notified of driver's information via email a day prior to your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event you do not receive the notification
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-3 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

After the order was placed, I didn't receive the message of the chartered car until the day before the use. When I asked the customer service, the customer service of other regions responded, saying that they would follow up and reply to me, but there was no reply until the day. On the same day, I asked the customer service and replaced it with a local customer service response. It was finally resolved, but the customer service who told me that they would follow up did not reply until the same day that they could not be tracked, and they also typed my name incorrectly. This part Very dissatisfied! Why the information is chaotic! As for the chartered car part is very good, the car is large and comfortable, but the slow response to the message affects the travel mood.
The driver was very kind! He lent me an umbrella and bought me a raincoat to wear. You played a Taiwanese song, and it was so nice to hear it! On the way to Sensebb, he explained the building and drove very quickly. You are the absolute best driver.
Driver was on time and attentive. I’d recommend the service especially when traveling with group of friends and families. I sent my itineraries to the driver the day before n he was helpful to suggest routes to best suit everything we need for the day.

During the Chinese New Year, you can use a chartered car to experience a day trip to Tainan. It is really convenient to get on and off the bus at any place. It would be better if the driver could understand the itinerary in advance.
The four of us toured Tainan for a day and the car was comfortable. The driver's brother was punctual and professional. I don't talk too much, but I have questions and answers, which is very good.
Our assigned driver was Fanny, a rare sight to see a female driver in Taiwan. She texted me a day earlier and made sure where is our location and we want to go. She was an extremely friendly chatterbox! She brought us to her favorite coffee place. We enjoyed her company and recommendations along the way. Super cool! Highly recommended!
Driver was nice. He drove from Taipei early in the morning for 2 hrs to Taichung to fetch us. But there seems to be a problem with the operator communication as we were not told of the driver made a request to bring his gf along. Other than that everything was good.
