Must avoid and awful experience. We arrived in this place and we were welcomed by an unpleasant and aggressive man who told us that he will not provide the service we paid for. We had to find out by ourselves how to deal with our luggage the afternoon, they just told us to leave. We were very surprised and chocked, it is fortunately rare to meet people that unfriendly. I am still waiting for my refund.

You can't bring any bags inside except for small personal bags. However, there's a free luggage storage area in the lobby, so you don't need to spend extra money (I'm not sure about suitcases, as I didn't see anyone bring one in). This time, I ended up spending money unnecessarily.
