We kept calling the owner, urging him to come quickly so we could store our luggage because we had an event at noon and were in a hurry to leave. When the owner arrived, he said they couldn't find our luggage storage reservation and that they hadn't partnered with the service for many years. However, the owner offered to store our luggage for free, but he wouldn't receive any payment for it. I'm not sure what went wrong with the communication between Klook and the hotel. I hope they can resolve the issue between themselves. After all, I've already paid, and I hope the owner gets paid for his service. That would be greatly appreciated!

I went to the location to drop off my suitcase, but I was told that Klook's service was not available or had ended, so I couldn't use it. I dragged my heavy suitcase from the station in the rain to drop it off, and it was a terrible experience.
