At the entrance and exit, someone will directly guide you to change to a physical ticket. After entering, you will continue to be guided to enjoy 8-10 small performances. The number of onlookers increases from few to large, but at the 20:00 Memory Show performance, you can see 2-3,000 people gathered together. Enjoy the show

Very ok stay, reasonable price, will stay again if I have a chance to come back. Only got a rain so couldn't experience much of the surrounding areas.

The Memories show is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is also quite nice and is well laid and the rooms are very spacious. Bath tub was large and the river views from the rooms are so romantic. But the hotel itself could do with better customer experience. A few things that we did not like about the hotel - (a) they dont provide Iron Boxes and will insist that you take the hotel's paid laundry service (b) they wont allow outside food in the rooms - have never seen any hotel worldwide that refuses guests from bringing food into the rooms (c) they charged us for a lost keycard of the room - while these are petty 150K dongs, nevertheless poor on experience for such a petty thing. It would have been better for the hotel to raise its tariffs by 15-20% more (the hotel is worth it) but to spare customers these nasty experiences. Location wise, it is not walking distance to Hoi An city - we had rented 2 wheels so we didnt face an issue but if you dont have transport, you will face some inconvenience. I believe they offer shuttle bus to the town 2 times a day (9AM and 3PM). Breakfast was okay. Spa was very good with trained therapists. They have 2 good swimming pools - we didnt use and neither did we see anyone else use it. They kept our luggage post check out and we collected it in the evening.

The room is spacious and smells nice, the air conditioning is cool, there's a bathtub, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The infinity pool and the view are amazing, and lounging on the deck chair is very enjoyable and comfortable. Plus, the Hoi An Impression Show is right across from the hotel, which is very convenient, and you can get back to your room to rest immediately after the show. There are bicycles available to borrow, but some of them aren't in great condition. The only downside was that the Klook booking didn't seem to be properly confirmed with the hotel, and the hotel staff couldn't find the booking number. However, the hotel staff were patient, had a great attitude, and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to check in smoothly.

it was really good place to stay but you won't find indian food in this resort otherwise it is awesome and you can spend your entire day in the resort without hastle

The resort quality is very good and attentive. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The price through Klook is very reasonable.
