This have been the best place to visit in Seville. The tickets gave us two access one in the morning and one at night, and the QR based tickets booked in klook were very easily scanned by the venue authorities. Very hastlefree process.

Very interesting place, impressed with the place, but if you book and arrive late, you can't enter at all, you have to buy a new ticket.

Was not able to experience due to no staff at the counter. At first, I was so disappointed with the refund process because they could not give the refund right away upon my request for us to buy new ticket. I didnt want to pay double price with out guarantee of refund. But the agent were very helpful woth my concern but just needed time to validate and refund was processed. Just sad to say that my plan was messed up because of things like this. I have previously experience a aimilar experience with my other booking on my trip. 2 out of 5 bookings were not smooth and needed to have refund. things that could have avoided if I had booked directly to the operator and not a 3rd party like Klook.

When made the booking there is no selection of time so I couldn’t make it on time as there is only 25 minutes to travel to the site. So can’t tell any experience about it .
