Really a good experience. I would recommend to others as it will give a good overview of the city in own pace.
I had an amazing birthday in Europe! Thanks to Klook.
we purchase one lap. but when we got there we are informed that we cannot even get down. you will just hop on the start location and hop off on the same. like what’s the use right?! that option dont make sense! we had to add additional 30euro if we want to get off and on. why then you call it hop-on-hop off???
Stops were alright, was easy to navigate the tourist spots with this bus.
It was easy to find the boarding location. It was inconvenient because the audio guide didn't match the location, but the weather was nice so it was okay.
What is disappointing is that there is no Korean audio guide, but among the city tour buses in downtown Rome, there are no Korean guides yet, so it was not a big disappointment. I was able to travel to Rome comfortably because I could see where the bus was in real time through the app and could conveniently get on and off at the bus stop without any limit!
I bought a single round trip ticket and the details on Klook said that I could get on and off the bus multiple times in 1 round trip. But it turned out that when I got there, I had to pay an additional 10 euros for adults and 16 euros for 2 children, which was really unfair. I couldn't do anything at that time, so I had to pay. Because I had 2 children with me, I didn't want to argue with the staff there and cause problems in front of my children and ruin the atmosphere of the trip. This bus only has 8 drop-off points. I think it's not worth it compared to other companies.
This trip is perfect to see major acctractions of Rome in limited time.
This is what you need to get for your visit to Rome. Beautiful city ruined by the throng of crowds so getting around by bus is the best, see the most in the shortest period of time without hurting your feet, getting ripped off by scammers, restaurants and businesses. So glad we did this and spared us the nonsense. Great job to the tour company and ease of redemption, value for money.
You gotta try if you're tired to walk around the whole city
