Worth the rental price. Kind and responsive staff.
Scooter operator was over 1 hour late and only dropped off the scooter after I called to remind them of the booking. Scooter included fuel, was reliable.
Motorcycle is in good condition. They also offer pick up at your hotel which is very convenient especially when you got no time to return it back to their office.
We no longer availed of the scooter rental because most tours in El Nido and Puerto Princesa had been cancelled so we cut our trip short. But the stipulations in the contract were so steep, e.g. payment of the actual amount of the scooter (like you're actually replacing with a new unit) if there is a damage upon return, which is not at all appealing to customers.

Fast quality service, excellent motor given. Easy to talk to people
I don’t recommend this scooter rental. The costumer service is very bad and they don’t care about their costumers. I was very disappointed for choosing this just because it has good reviews. I would never rent here again. Be warned. They have unreasonable terms which are not stated in klook. They would ask you to sign a contract stating that there should be a 5000 peso deposit and there is a 100kms limit per day. Also, the scooter can only be used at Puerto Prinsesa City Proper. On our last day, we kept on calling them but they couldn’t be reached. It took a lot of emails to Klook to finally get a response from the staff. Surely, this is not worth it.

Don't waste your time or money, this is not a good option. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this scooter rental. Poor costumer service and very irresponsible staff. I felt a huge sense of disappointment every time I see other rental offers which are far better. IF you want a reliable and trustworthy owners, be warned. Never again! I would never rent here again. We have booked a scooter for 3 days for our parents. We were all stressed out because of their terms that are not stated here. First, they want our parents to sign a contract asking for a 5000 peso deposit. Also, according to the staff, there is a 100kms limit per day and the scooter cannot be used outside Puerto Prinsesa City Proper. On the last day, they were supposed to pick the scooter at the hotel where my parents are staying but nobody showed up. My father waited for almost 6 hours and kept on calling them but they couldn’t be reached. It took a lot of emails to Klook to finally get a response from the staff. If not for this rental service, it should have been a stress free vacation for my parents.

great service....the scooter was delivered and picked up at our hotel for our convenience....it is still brand new, in very good condition....the staff from lexxus are very accommodating... thank you

if I could give negative stars I would! this is the worst provider ever! they gave us so much stress and wasted our time! I have to contact klook from time to time to file a complaint about this provider before they reply! they are not responsive to emails and do not care to their customers! first they are asking to sign contract asking you to deposit 5000 php which is not on this site, second it says on the contract that the motorcycle could only be used within Puerto Princesa city proper and with a limit of 100 kms per day. All these are not stated here! We had 3 bookings for this using my sister's account and it is such a headache! They are still not contented with what they did, on the day that they should pick up the motorcyle at the pension house, they did not show up! My father is contacting them but they do not care! I have to contact klook again and get angry because they are letting my parents wait for almost 6 hours! my parents are on their 50s and they have a very early flight the next day, they cant sleep as my father is waiting for his ID to be returned! I was able to talk to vivian and she is not owning the concern instead pointing fingers! She said she is assigned for El nido and gave me another number to call! now I called tess and she said she is already at home and resting and nobody is in the office! These people went home with their customers waiting! my goodness! they will not return the ID if I will not raise the concern to klook!they wasted my time and money for calling them! not really worth it! this should be removed from klook!
