From the moment this trip was booked, the travel concierge contacted us to ensure everything was in order. The driver, Zhang Li, was very attentive, helping us with our luggage every day and patiently reminding us of things to note. He also introduced us to the local history, food, attractions, and more. After the 5-day trip, he even took us to our reserved hotel and Nanqiang Night Market without hesitation. The concierges, Sanqi and Guoya, were also very responsible, answering every question. Sanqi sent us the next day's itinerary and precautions every day. The travel company also thoughtfully prepared a lot of fruit for us, so we had fruit to eat every day during the trip. The itinerary was also reasonable, except for some places where the previous itinerary was a little rushed because we wanted to watch the sunset. Of course, this was also because we were a bit slow due to our mobility issues. The attractions were very beautiful, and the driver thoughtfully stopped at every place where we wanted to take pictures. And I personally, really, really want to praise Mr. Zhang for being a great photographer. The accommodation choices were incredibly satisfactory, the family room design was lovely, and the room was spacious. All in all, very satisfied.

  • Yunnan's Lijiang, Shangri-La, and other areas are at high altitudes. Some people may experience symptoms of altitude sickness, such as dizziness, headache, general weakness, and insomnia. Mild altitude sickness symptoms generally disappear within 1-2 days as the body adapts to the altitude. Before the trip, avoid smoking and alcohol, prevent overexertion, and avoid excessive aerobic exercise. You can take preventive medicines such as Rhodiola a few days in advance. Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, ensure adequate sleep, and relax.
  • Yunnan is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, where outdoor ultraviolet radiation is strong. Please pay attention to sun protection and prepare items such as masks, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
  • The distances between cities are long, and attractions are scattered, so travel time by car is longer. Please prepare motion sickness medicine. The temperature difference in summer is large, so bring your own common motion sickness medicine and other medications to avoid illness and heatstroke.
