Driver was really punctual at meet up point which is the ticketing counter of NMBM and stops us at a really convenient location which is the Zuoying HSR of Formosa station
This driver was horrible. Not only was he reckless on his road, he kept texting and making calls and even searched for videos when he was driving. About 70% of the time while he was driving he was using his phone. When he stopped to use the toilet, he didn't bother asking if anyone needed to use the toilet as well. And im not sure how the policy is, but from the booking page, im aware that there are only 2 dropoff points, zuoying hsr station or formosa boulevard. Im almost certain he accepted fees to drop off someone at the airport, making a large detour, so we took a much longer time to reach kaohsiung as compared to going to Kenting. And to make up for lost time, he drove recklessly for the whole journey. POOR DRIVER. RUINED A SERVICE THAT WAS MEANT TO BE GOOD.

Pick up from our min su and dropped directly outside our hotel in Kaoshiung. Super convenient!
Driver actually found me 15 minutes early walking to the pickup point. Was an easy way to travel from Kenting back to the high speed train.
Driver reach on time and we are only the passenger to send us to kaohsiung
Booked this transfer 2 days before the actual travel day. Was contacted the day before to confirm via WhatsApp. Process was smooth and easy to do. Originally requested a 2.30pm pickup at Hengchun hotel, and driver called to ask if we wanted to bring forward to 1.15pm instead. Agreed as we were thinking to return to Kaohsiung earlier, so it all worked out. Picked up at hotel front door. Van used for transport is not a luxury transport, but clean and comfortable. Driver was helpful and willing to make adjustments to drop us off at Central Park MRT instead. Would recommend to take this if have multiple persons travelling and/or luggage that you don't want to carry around. Easy to arrange, and quite reliable.
