Kura Kura Bus Public Transfer between Kuta and Ubud

The vehicle is spacious as we were only three passengers when it left Puri Lukisan museum to Ubud. There's a huge space for bags and luggages at the back. The driver is nice and kind. At first I was looking for the vehicle with kurakura logo and letters but ours doesn't have one so at first I thought that wasn't the right one until the driver read our names from the paper he was holding LOL. It's the best decision I made because it's cheap but you'll get the comfort just like any private vehicle plus the AC is strong. Talk about just paying Php348 from Ubud to Kuta compared to almost PHP1k with booking a private car. I was just confused reading and understanding the bus schedule at first but I was still able to make it. Yay! Waiting for the ride was very convenient, and the driver was super nice. The ride was smooth all the way, and we even arrived ahead of schedule.

I thought a large van was coming, but instead a car about the size of a 7-seater arrived. It had a Kura-Kura logo on the side, so we were able to board without any mistake. We had the entire vehicle to ourselves as the only two passengers from Beachwalk in Kuta to Museum Puri Lukisan in Ubud. The driver mentioned that from Museum Puri Lukisan he would be picking up three individual passengers, so we felt lucky. The bus stops are fixed and it requires a reservation, but for two people it was cheaper than Grab and ran on schedule, so I think it is very convenient if the times work out for you. Furthermore, it seems to be operated by a company run by JTB, so we could use it with peace of mind. The driver was also a very nice person. If the opportunity arises, I would use it again!

The bus was spacious and comfortable, and the driver was incredibly kind and friendly. He shared lots of interesting information about Balinese food, tourist attractions, and local culture along the way. Thanks to him, the two-hour journey was enjoyable and never boring. I really appreciated his kindness☺️

Booking and payment were smooth! The driver was also very professional, and both the departure and arrival times were precise, making for a very comfortable experience. (^^)

The bus arrived on time. However, I was anxious until the bus arrived because the instructions stated to check in 10 minutes prior, and I couldn't find the bus stop. The ride was smooth, and the interior was comfortable, so I'm grateful for the affordable travel.
