Tower of London Early Access Ticket with Beefeater Opening Ceremony

had the best time visiting the Tower of London. Natalie our tour guide was amazing, full of knowledge and funny which really made the experience perfect. lots of steps in this place so be ready to walk a lot. this will be a life long core memory for me. thank you so much

Great tour. Would highly recommend. Knowledgeable guide. We beat all the crowds and got into the Crown Jewels easily. We then toured the tower at our leisure.

SUMMARY, the “tour” is hardly that! But worth the price so you don’t have to line up for crown jewels. DETAIL: value in this tour is in getting in early-ish so we had very few people ahead of us for crown jewels. The beefeater guide was maybe 3 stops, said mothing about crown jewels. Disappointing. From tour description I thought we’d meet at 8:30 annd get through the gates shortly after. We FINALLY got thru gates after 9:15 and already lots of other guided groups ahead of us. Beefeater talked on the drawbridge before entering, at the ravens, and 1 memorial to a beheaded queen (the glass sculpture). I overheard another company’s guide and his description was far more comprehensive. The gate the tour enters is far from audio tour collection point, & it was too far for me to walk (mobility issues). I asked the booking company’s guides about mobility & they laughed at me and said “not in the year 1066, haha”. In fact there is a mobility path and a lift in one of the tower’s!! But few guides inside the tower know about the lift either. We had to ask about 6 people.
