"Princess Hanbok" Hanbok Rental & Snap Photoshoot Experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience I had a great experience and highly recommend this. I was unfortunately late after missing a subway stop and getting lost, but the team was very understanding. The photographer was professional, friendly, and helped me feel comfortable by chatting with me during our walk to the photo locations. Since I was traveling solo, feeling shy, and had just landed that morning with little sleep, I really appreciated his kindness. He guided my poses throughout the shoot, regularly checked if I was happy with the photos, and even encouraged me to speak up if there was anything I didn’t like. I also appreciated the extra time he spent taking additional photos. The staff member who helped me choose my hanbok and style my hair was wonderful and very kind. There were so many beautiful photos to choose from, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was one of the highlights of my solo trip, and I would gladly book again when I return w/ family or friends. 😊

We had an amazing experience!! There are soooo many beautiful hanbok's to choose from it made it hard to choose! I would recommend choosing the premium hanbok option as you get to choose from more options. You get your hair styled with your purchase as well and get to choose between a half up braid option or a full braid option (or you can pay more for another option of hairstyle). I also opted for more hair pieces used in my hair which was worth it (only an extra $3.50 cnd or 3500 won). This company is so worth choosing and you will leave happy. They are all so kind, patient and helpful! If you are wondering which hanbok place to rent from, this is the one!!! (Also it is easy to find and close to two traditional palaces within walking distance). If you want to walk through the secret garden of the one palace, make sure to note the times it is open as we went too late. Also 2 hours was enough time to enjoy the hanbok. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with our photoshoot!!! This photoshoot is worth every penny and more!!! These photos turned out nicer than my own wedding photos. The photographer is so down to earth but so talented and will tell you how to pose and help make you feel so comfortable. You get a black and white, muted and regular color photo of each photo taken. And you get 250+ images!!! It only took about 30 mins to get all the shots. We are so incredibly happy with this experience and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone. This was one of my highlights of our South Korea trip and gave me so many photos to cherish forever that I am so so happy with! You will live your Disney princess dreams with this company and experience. Thank you so much to our photographer! You are so talented and we appreciate the amazing photos so much!!! I wish I could include more than 6 photos because there are SO many good ones it was hard to choose!

Definitely giving a full score 💯 and a glowing review! The shop's location is excellent, situated upstairs in a pedestrian street, which is also a tourist attraction with many interesting shops. The staff includes people from Taiwan, Korea, and Hong Kong, and they are all exceptionally enthusiastic and friendly. They will patiently assist you in selecting clothes and styling your look. The quality of the clothing is excellent – high-end Hanbok that will earn you a super high number of double-takes as you walk down the street. Many people compliment it, including Caucasians, Koreans, and Chinese friends, because it genuinely looks fantastic. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My friend and I had a great time with the Hanbok photoshoot! There were so many lovely options for Hanboks at the rental place and the staff was super sweet and helpful. They even did our hair for free and provided cute accessories for low price. The photographer was really funny and we had a fun time taking many beautiful pictures; he even stayed for a few more minutes allowing some requests we had made for certain poses. After renting, we were able to enter the Gyeonbokgung Palace for free entry where we took even more beautiful pictures! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Our experience at this hanbok rental shop in Seoul was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, helping us get dressed and making sure everything looked perfect. They provide lockers with keys and even give you small bags for your essentials, which makes everything very convenient. The shop has a wide variety of beautiful, clean hanboks, and as a couple, they helped us choose matching outfits, which made it extra special. They also offer accessories and hairstyling that make the experience feel more authentic while visiting the palaces. The photoshoot was the highlight. We took both individual and couple photos, and they honestly looked like wedding pictures. The photographer, Jin Hwan Kim, was excellent—he guided us, helped us pose, and made us feel comfortable despite being terrible models. The result was stunning and the experience super fun. If you rent a hanbok, booking a session with him is a must.

Experience: A very satisfying experience! 👏👏👏 It was drizzling that morning, and I thought our Hanbok rental and photo shoot experience would be compromised, but it completely exceeded my expectations. We all had a great time. We arrived at "Princess Hanbok" on time, and the auntie who helped Mimi change was very kind, tasteful, and efficient. In no time, Mimi's "princess" look was complete (Mimi was very satisfied, especially with the headpiece)~~ Afterward, we followed the photographer to the nearby Unhyeongung Palace (luckily, the rain had stopped, and there were very few people, making it great for photos, ha!). We explored different corners and took hundreds of beautiful pictures! 💗 Also, it's worth mentioning that the photographer was very nice. He said he wasn't busy that day, so he gave us over 20 minutes of extra photo service~ We are very grateful for his generosity! If we ever wear Hanbok again, we will definitely choose "Princess Hanbok"~ 👍👍👍

We had so much fun with our photographer 😘 Jin Hwan Kim, he is very professional and funny at the same time. he showed us how to post and very patience with us. also Hanbox princess is very nice as well. Beautiful and premium Hanbox. overall everyone seems to love their job…. we’re highly recommend!
