Good experience. Outdoor pool and deck was a vibe but indoor thermal pools was crowded and noisy. Bring your own swimming cap and towel if you wanna go swimming or else you’ll have to pay extra.

It feels more authentically local compared to Szechenyi Thermal Baths! There aren't many Asians, and it's good to have slippers here... the floor tiles were really hot.... (but I just went barefoot) The outdoor pool depth ranges from 140cm to 275cm, which is so fun! While all the foreigners were having fun playing in the water, my husband and I were training (?) It was the most fun playing in the water... You don't need a swimming cap for the indoor thermal baths, but it's required for the indoor pool! So I couldn't go in there!

It is recommended to wear a swimming cap when going to an indoor hot spring swimming pool in autumn or winter.

Buying tickets on site is 30% cheaper than Klook, and there is no need to queue at all. If it is not the peak season, there is no need to buy tickets from Klook. The bathhouse is elegantly built and beautifully decorated. It is divided into outdoor and indoor areas, where you can while away a few hours. But remember to bring towels and slippers, as they are not provided in the bathing area and need to be purchased separately.

When I arrived at the scene, the counter staff swiped the voucher but couldn't find it. The counter staff immediately called and informed me of the order number and solved the problem. It was very efficient. The movement of the hot spring bath is a bit complicated, and the temperature when soaking is not very hot (the highest temperature 40 degrees, I personally like it hot) It’s a good experience

A very special hot spring experience at the Gellert Spa in Budapest. The indoor atmosphere is between a hot spring and a swimming pool, and the design is convenient to use. However, the counter was very unfamiliar with purchasing tickets from the Asian system, and it took a while to complete the process.

Beautiful infrastructure but the selection of pools is quite limited and can get quite packed. We went in the late afternoon in the off-season and the outdoor pools were extremely full with the main outdoor pool being closed. Ensure to bring your own towels, swim caps (mandatory for indoor swimming) and slippers as there are no rentals either and you’ll have to purchase them on site.

Unable to use. The on-site staff scanned the QR code, but it didn't work no matter how they scanned it. Because I didn't want to waste a trip, I bought tickets on-site. I hope Klook can improve the issue and provide a refund. Proof of on-site ticket purchase attached.

The ticket cannot be used, and there is no customer service person to reply on how to get an immediate refund. It’s a terrible ticketing platform.
