• The Hypershell exoskeleton generally fits users with a waist circumference of 83-135 cm and requires the user to be able to lift their legs and balance

• Tours run rain or shine so please dress accordingly, wear layered clothing, and avoid high heel shoes
• The operator will provide rain ponchos if it rains

• Tours can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice based on availability and if notice is given within 24 hours or you miss the tour a rebooking fee of €15 per person will apply
