Arrived late in the evening which is almost midnight, hence, this minibud service was a great help. But the driver missed to drop me in the station but since I’m using google map, I asked him if he can go back and drop me in Keleti station. Good thing, there’s one more passenger who translated everything to the driver and agreed to go back. bottomline, smooth travel.

Great service and really convenient. However, my supposed to be booking at 8:00 AM was in vain as no one came from the location. Upon calling the CSR, he told me that there’s a booking at 8:45am, hence, I just agree to go on the same time. CSR was really helpful and accommodating.

The pickup time was 9:00am at the Keleti Station, but the car arrived at around 9:15am. There were already two other people in the car besides us. Nobody gave a tip. It's about 30 minutes to the airport, but I think it's better to set an earlier time.

You can go directly to Keleti Railway Station from the airport, which is very convenient and fast. After going through customs, you can report to the counter and arrange a shuttle bus to depart directly. The fare is also cheaper than the official website, but please note that this is a shared car, not a chartered car.

As soon as you get out of the luggage claim area, there is a minibud ticket booth on the left. I showed my reservation information there and exchanged it for an actual ticket. There was a number written on the actual ticket, and you had to sit in the back of the office, and when the number appeared on the screen, you went outside and got on the car. The car was right there on the right as soon as you went outside. I got on a flight that arrived at 7am, and there were a lot of people on the plane, so I thought there would be a lot of people riding together, but they only took the two of us. The car was huge and comfortable, and it was great!

Great company. I booked at 3pm because my flight arrived at 1.30pm and I still needed to pick up my Budapest Card from the location near the airport. But going through immigrations didn't take long and I was back at the airport before 2.30pm. The BUD counter was right outside the arrival gates and easy to see. I went to ask if I could change my time and the staff very kindly obliged, so I managed to get to my hotel earlier than expected.

I had to get my ticket at the miniBUD counter right outside the airport exit. When the number on my ticket appeared on the electronic display, I could go outside and get in the car. I set the time when I made the reservation, but it didn't really matter. I also got my return ticket at that time. It was convenient, it took just 30 minutes from the airport.
